DynaCleft — pre-surgical nasoalveolar shaping and post-operative taping systems for infants with cleft lip and palate.
DynaCleft applies sustained, gentle elastic force across the cleft, narrowing the gap before surgery and reducing tension across the repair afterwards. Reducing tension on a closure is one of the few modifiable factors in how the resulting scar matures.
The system is designed for infant skin and for use by families at home with clinical guidance, so adherence over months is realistic.
