About MediGroup EBI

Who we are, where we operate and how we work with clinical teams.

Who is MediGroup EBI?

MediGroup EBI is a specialist medical device distributor and medical technology supplier operating across Australia and New Zealand. Since 2004 we have introduced niche technologies for complex surgery and critical intensive care, and we provide regulatory sponsorship, training and clinical support for every product we represent.

Which countries does MediGroup EBI supply?

We supply hospitals, clinics and healthcare professionals throughout Australia and New Zealand, with local stock and support based in Australia.

Is MediGroup EBI an authorised distributor?

Yes. We are the appointed Australian and New Zealand distributor for the manufacturers listed on our Partners & Technologies pages, and act as the regulatory sponsor for the devices we supply.

Products & ordering

Purchasing, quotes, trials and stock.

How do I order a product?

Surgical loupes, illumination and accessories can be purchased directly through the MediGroup Store on this website, and MediSil scar products through the MediSil Store. For implants, capital equipment and consumables, contact our team for a quote or to arrange a hospital purchase order.

Can we trial a device before purchasing?

In many cases yes. Evaluation and trial arrangements depend on the technology and the hospital's process — contact us and we will advise what is possible for the product you are considering.

Training & clinical support

Do you provide training on the devices you supply?

Yes. We provide in-service training in your own theatre or unit, workshops combining presentation with dry-station practice, and cadaver-based technique sessions where appropriate. Training can be requested through our contact page.

Is clinical support available for first cases?

Our team attends first cases for most technologies and remains available for ongoing support, protocol development and troubleshooting.
